  4. Microbe-I Overview Microbe-I Science Objective The purpose of this experiment is to monitor microbes in Kibo which may affect the health of crew members. Onboard Outcomes from Microbe-I Experiment • Microbial Detection Sheet Yeast and Mold • White Wipe in White Tube • Blue Wipe in Blue Tube • Photos of Microbial Detection Sheet Yeast and Mold and sampling locations White Wipe and White Tube (for freezing) Blue Wipe and Blue Tube (for refrigeration) Microbial Detection Sheet Yeast and Mold
