  1. Migration of RGP5 ProArc and Introduction of POL (Projects Online) RGP5 ProArc will be upgraded and data migrated to a new FAST ProArc version. POL, a web-based solution for accessing FAST project information, will be introduced.

Status • Current Access • RGP 3 & 4 project information is accessible via the OGW ProArc • RGP 5 project information is availablevia Aconex/RGP5 ProArc • Upgrade • RGP 5 project information will be stored in a newer version of ProArc - existing data will be transitioned to the new version. • The new version of ProArc has the added functionality of enabling data to be viewed via the internet by using Projects Online (POL)

Future • Future Access • Majority access to RGP 5 project information will be available through POL • The upgraded ProArc (FAST ProArc) will be used by Document Control and key users. • RGP 3 & 4 project information will remain available via the OGW ProArc • Aconex will continue to be used as a communication and data sharing tool.

POL Features POL - Features • Provides easy access to FAST ProArc documentation • Supports global workforce – we have workers all over the world and in many different companies supporting the Programme. • Has a File Exchange Area which makes transferring large electronic document files easy. • Basic functionality (search and retrieve) is the same as in ProArc.

  6. POL Features POL - Main advantages • Internet based - no special software is required on the user’s computer. • Accessible across the world through internet. • Global system support.

  7. Implementation How will the changes be introduced? Training and user guides will be provided. User IDs and roll-out details will be sent by email to users. Dedicated local support will be provided during and after migration/implementation, including Enterprise Helpdesk 7x24 (passwords etc)

  8. Roll-out More details will be provided nearer a confirmed roll-out date. POL introduced for easy search and retrieve functions RGP5 ProArc migrated FAST ProArc implemented for Document Control and key users Aconex will be continued to be used for communication and data sharing across organisations RGP3/4 (OGW) ProArc will continue till project completion
