金相觀察流程. 流程. 取樣→鑲埋→研磨→拋光→腐蝕. 取樣. 要觀察的表面以適合的工具機切下. 鑲埋. 方便拿取研磨 適合觀察 SEM. 研磨. 在水中且在玻璃瓶面上以水砂紙 240 號依序磨至 1200 號水砂紙 換砂紙的時候要確認表面是否都磨成同一向磨痕. 拋光. 氧化鋁粉顆粒大小 1 → 0.5 → 0.03 少量一匙 + 適量的水搖勻即可。. 腐蝕. 97% 酒精 +2~3% 的硝酸 =100% 腐蝕時間 2~3 秒 再以清水沖洗即可拿去 OM 觀察顯微表面.

  6. 拋光 • 氧化鋁粉顆粒大小 • 1 →0.5→0.03 少量一匙+適量的水搖勻即可。

  7. 腐蝕 • 97%酒精+2~3%的硝酸=100% • 腐蝕時間2~3秒 • 再以清水沖洗即可拿去OM觀察顯微表面
