  7. Our Contribution • It is our intention to work with the city, and to do our part with respect to infrastructure upgrades and improvements • We plan to “Give Back”

  8. “Give Back” • Each unit, In our developments, will be charged a $25/month assessment built directly into the association fees • With city approvals, we plan to build 1375 units over the next two years • 1375 x $25 = $34,375 per month • Up to $412,500.00 annually • All funds will be donated directly to the Fire and Police Departments

  16. Why Go Tall? • With rising material costs it is necessary to get as much height and density as possible • Smaller buildings are not able to provide upscale amenities, and design quality • “Under Funded” buildings end up looking like glorified motels
