  3. Location • 20 blocks from south downtown • To the East lies Soldiers Field, Chicago Bears’ home field • To the Southwest lies White Sox’ home field • To the Northwest lies University of Illinois Chicago • Restaurant located on Chinatown’s parade route

  5. Paying off Loan • Take out a loan of $20000 for the restaurant equipment • Making monthly payments of $5000 • Paying the loan off in 4 months and the $5000 will be added to profits or to benefiting our restaurant

  6. Profit from the food • Normally each customer spent $15 in his food. • Guesstimated 300 tabs per day from sit down breakfasts and lunch to carry outs • Total of $135000 per month

Luxury item • Shumai Use dumpling pastry to cover the pork and put some crab on the top • Glutinous rice chicken It contains glutinous rice filled with chicken, Chinese mushrooms, Chinese sausage and sometimes dried shrimp. The ball of rice is then wrapped in a dried lotus leaf and steamed. • Soup dumpling Xiaolongbao are filled with soup and shrimp. The soup inside is created by placing some meat gelatin inside the dumpling before steaming. The steam heat melts the gelatin into soup.

  11. Large item • Rice Noodle Roll It is a thin roll made from a wide strip of rice noodles , filled with shrimp, pork, vegetables, or other ingredients. Sweet soy sauce is poured over the dish upon serving. • Chicken feet The chicken feet are fried first in order to make them puffy before being boiled and marinated, usually in black bean sauce. • Teochew dumpling They are typically filled with chopped peanuts, garlic chives, groundpork, dried shrimp, and shiitake mushrooms. The filling is wrapped in a thick dumpling wrapper made from a mixture of flours or plant starches mixed together with boiling water.

Medium item • Barbecue Pork Buns The bun are filled with barbecue-flavored • Shumai Use dumpling pastry to cover the pork and put some crab on the top • Steamed meatball The meatball is made of beef, and usually has a tofu skin layer in the bottom, garnished with some vegetables like scallions. It is served with the standardized non-Chinese worcestershire sauce worldwide

Small items • Shrimp Dumpling Be prepared by filling wrappers (made with gluten-free wheat flour and potatostarch) with shrimp, bamboo shoots, and seasonings. • Pyramid dumplings It use the material: shrimp, flour, pork, bamboo, carrot. It is typical Cantonese breakfast • Spring rolls Use the Leeks, pork, flour, corn, green onion. So it is very healthy food.

Desert and Drink • Waterchestnut cake The cake is made with chopped water chestnuts embedded into each square piece with the vegetable being visible. • Egg tarts The tarts consist of an outer pastry crust, filled with eggcustard and baked. • Tofu pudding It is made with wooden bucket; served with sweet ginger or clear syrup, or a mixture with black sesame paste, and also with coconut milk.
