  1. Why does the motivation level in employees matter the most? Introduction: -Employees are a resource of any organization and lots of key performance indicators of organizations depend on the motivation level of employees. A motivated employee is like an asset and at the same time, an unmotivated employee acts like a liability for organizations. Companies all across the world are adopting different ways like giving perks, organizing fun filled activities, incentivizing extra efforts by employees, etc. Still, non-motivation is one of the biggest issues companies are facing nowadays. Companies Print Employee Card and give them to the employees, but they do not even feel proud while wearing that card. Here are some solid reasons to prove the notion that motivation is important:-

  2. 1. It helps in innovation and creativity: - Gone are the days of repetitive working. Lots of technical advancements like automation, artificial intelligence, internet of things are challenging day to day work of employees. Nowadays, creativity and innovation have become a buzzword because it cannot be created by machines in factories and in organizations. Companies need human resources for that purpose. Motivated employees feel proud after getting a Print Employee Card. It helps in enhancing productivity: - Good productivity along with quality is the main motto of any company to function. Motivated employee motivates the fellow team member: - Office work is all about teamwork. Even one employee has the capability to down the morale of his or her team members. A non-motivated employee always creeps about every policy of the company. Always complaining and always feeling negative about future prospects of the company in general or his career in particular. There is an old proverb that we all have the vision to look whether the glass is half empty or the glass is half full. Negative people will say the glass is half empty and

Other benefits: - Motivated employees complete the assigned work always on time without any excuse. They represent the image and reputation of the company in a positive manner wherever they go. Also, they always think for the betterment of an organization without any biased thinking.
