  7. B. My Commission1. The Convictions– (Meditation on Luke's Gospel in Sept. 1995) Date: Luke 13.09 4:24 14.09 4:43 15.09 5:1, 3 5:4 24.10 5:4 Message and Convictions: 1)“No prophet is accepted in his own country” 2) "I must preach the kingdom of God to other countries also; for therefore am I sent. And He preached in the synagogues of Galilee.” 3) "The people pressed upon Him to hear the Word of God...And He sat down and taught the people..” "He said...'Launch out into the deep'. 4) “Carry neither purse, nor bag, nor shoes...and in the same house remain, eating...

  8. B. My Commission1. The Convictions. 2. The Confirmation. 1995 was a special year and unique in many ways: 1)“No prophet is accepted in his own country” a. Assemblies in Penang “closed” their doors to me without any reason: • Last invitation to BGH was before 92; Restored on 27.11.94 ii. First invitation from BMGC on 6.3.94 - Church Truths in the Corinthians. iii. Last invitation to IGGC was on 06.02.94. Restored on 11.3.95 (Anniversary) 21.04.96 (Church Govt.) iv. Last invitation to SNGH was on 25.9.94. Restored on 25.08.96 (Church Govt.)

  9. B. My Commission1. The Convictions. 2. The Confirmation. 2) "I must preach the kingdom of God to other countries also; for therefore am I sent. And He preached in the synagogues of Galilee.” 3) "He said...'Launch out into the deep'. b. Without soliciting for them, I received invitations to hold special teaching ministry meetings all over. 4) “Carry neither purse, nor bag, nor shoes...and in the same house remain, eating... c. Suddenly received a regular monthly anonymous giftfrom the collection bag at BRGH on 07.03.95 and Ceased on 03.03.96 (white bank HSBC envelope for remittance of money as bank deposit.) Continued soon after until today!

  10. B. My Commission1. The Convictions. 2. The Confirmation. d. Proved God real in living the life of faith. On 23.12.95 the Lord challenged me (again referring to the incident in Luke 10) "When I sent you without purse, and bag, and shoes, lacked ye anything? And they said, NOTHING." - (Lk. 22:35) my double AMEN to their answer. All these happened just prior to sending my letter to the Oversight at BRGH.

  11. B. My Commission1. The Convictions. 2. The Confirmation e. Likewise, my trip to Cambodia (8-15 Dec, 1996) was all provided for by the Lord through His people. The assembly gave me a personal gift in fellowship with the Mission Tour, (for which I was thankful for this partnership) and I put it into the Mission; as the Lord had earlier already supplied my own personal needs through a gift from a Christian couple who had never given to me before. f. The Lord’s Fund – Phil. 4:17 cf. Acts 20:35b Not because I desire a gift: but I desire fruit that may abound to your account Remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how He said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.

  12. B. My Commission1. The Convictions. 2. The Confirmation f. With the growth of assemblies all over, came the need for biblical leadership and sound Bible teaching. • Prayed for confirmation one week beforecommendation on Oct. 20 to receive an invitation to minister outside Penang. On Saturday received an invitation from Bangsar Gospel Centre to take a series of teaching ministry on Mar. 15 and 16, 1997!

  13. B. My Commission1. The Convictions. 2. The Confirmation 3. The Counsel. a. Wise counsel from godly men of God outside of my "own country” where I ministered confirmed His commission to me. b. Commendation from Mr. H. V. Cooke in a special message in the Klang Gospel Hall Anniversary Souvenir. c. Mr. Cooke’s remarks at the Mission Conf.

  14. D. The Bearing of Fruits 1.
