  1. Medical Student Electives The Department of Family and Preventive Medicine offers several electives for visiting 4th year medical students. The Midtown Clinic, our model office, offers family practice preceptorships. We also can help you arrange a rotation with a family physician in the community. Detailed information regarding course goals, format, and evaluation is included in a senior electives book available online, or from the Emory School of Medicine Office of Clinical Education: (404) 616-3558.
