2. context > Our client needs an application to help him presenting it activities during meetings : a visual, animated, customizable presentation, which could adapt to his 4 types of clients> For now, the client uses a Powerpoint file, which is not so beautiful, and fo each meeting, his secretary makes a new version of the powerpoint, according to the type of meeting

3. general principles > The tool should allow the Client to present its commercial activities to its 4 types of prospects Local mayors Entreprise which will rent the buildings Investors Public administration > To begin, the client should be able to choose between 8 different pre-definied scenarii A short version and a long version for each of the 4 types of prospect > Then, the Client should be able to customize the chosen pre-defined scenario - personnalization of some pre-established elements on HomePage (date, logo, title) - add / suppress « animated slides » among the « database » of existing slides - insert « simple slides » (title, text, image or flash animation) - personnalization of certain pre-established content in some existing slides (not everything on every slide) - export et save the customized presentation, with a name and date • - print (pdf and paper) the presentation > the customized presentation should be able to be played universally on a pc (no specific installation, no internet connexion)

8. Optionnal Could you please give an estimation, as on option (not included in the global price) for 5/ furnishing of the animated slides (in Flash ??) : 70 to 80 « slides » We would furnish all contents (specific « complicated » flash animations, slides in Powerpoint, graphic chart)

9.
