有機食品的認證. 有機食品是將產銷過程的污染減至最低的食品 。 目前認證產品僅限農產品，如稻米、蔬菜、果樹、茶葉等，而畜產、水產、加工品、進口食品尚未有驗證的產品。 認證產品需標示驗證機構的名稱、地址及聯絡電話。 政府認可的有機商品驗證機構： 1.國際美育基金會( MOA) 2.慈心有機農業發展基金會( TOAF) 3.台灣省有機農業生產協會( TOPA) 4.台灣寶島有機農業發展協會( FOA).
