  3. Scope of stocktaking 2007. Ministers • Request to continue in the same fields • Request for widening (list of tasks) BFUG/ WG • use same indicators as far as possible • do not enlarge scorecard too much Simple count of tasks yields 14 (16) indicators

  4. List of indicators for 2007 scorecard Degree system 1. Stage of implementation and student enrolment in three-cycle system (merged 2005 indicators) 2. Access from first cycle to second cycle and from second cycle to third cycle 3. Implementation of the national QFs Quality assurance 4. Stage of development and key elements of QA system (merged) 5. Level of student and international participation, co-operation and networking (merged) 6. Implementation of Standards and guidelines for QA

  5. List of the agreed indicators for the Bologna scorecard 2007 Recognition 7. Incorporating LRC principles in national legislation 8. Stage of implementation of diploma supplement 9. Stage of implementation of ECTS Lifelong learning 10. Creating procedures for the recognition of prior learning 11. Creating flexible learning paths Joint degrees 12. Awarding and recognition of joint degrees

  6. How is the necessary information collected?

  7. Information sources that will be used for Stocktaking: • Eurydice questionnaire, • National reports, • ENIC-NARIC network/ CoE electronic tool

  8. 1. EURYDICE questionnaire • Eurydicewill prepare questionnaire in March 2006 and send them out to 31 countries • BFUG Secretariat will collect informationfrom other 13 countries* • Eurydice will analyse ALL answers and ask additional questions for clarification • The 13 countries will send answers to these questions to BFUG Secretariat *Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan,Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, Holy See, Moldova, Russian Federation, Serbia and Montenegro, FYR Macedonia, Ukraine

  9. 2. National reports • National reports should be drawn up according to a template prepared by Secretariat, It means • Answering precise questions in order to collect commparable information for Stocktaking

  10. ENIC/NARIC • Questions regarding implementation of the Lisbon Recognition Convention will be sent directly to the ENIC/NARIC centres

  11. Timings (to be confirmed by BFUG) May 2006 - letter to all the Bologna countriesexplaining stocktaking procedures 01 Sep – deadline for EURYDICE questionnaire 15 Dec – deadline for National Reports - deadline for ENIC centres answering questions on implementation of LRC Mar 2007 – checking national scorecards with countries
