2. UCSD Cell Phone Imputed Income Process. UC's cell phone policy will change effective June 1, 2009. The change in UC policy is a result of an audit conducted by theInternal Revenue Service (IRS).This policy governs UC's employer-provided cell phones, and PDAsthat have cell phone capability.
