  2. Dll is Missing from Windows Error Solution 1: Register the Wdsutil.dll File via Microsoft Register Server First and foremost, head to the start menu. Put in Command Prompt into the search bar. In the search results, find the Command Prompt icon and then make a right-click on it. Then head to Run as Administrator.
