Can students evaluate their group performance on-line & receive weekly (useful) feedback regarding their behavior? 1. PSYC 4090 Group Dynamics 3. A weekly, web-based evaluation of their group using streamed video of the group participating in an content-based exercise 9. Instructor “requires” students to provide feedback about the class using a Learning Outcome Assessment How do I know students are learning? 4. Train students to use an assessment instrument (assume they can access streamed video) & have them write a BLOG Linking Delta Plus 5. Instructor gives weekly feedback regarding who is using the assessment instrument as instructed. 8. Instructor & other students use rubric to assess “Final Group Project” 7. Groups analyze aggregate data from weekly assessments & present their findings to the class as part of a “case study” [Final Group Project] 6.
