  2. What should I be doing now?(And what about that Oct. 15th deadline? P.S. It’s now Oct. 31st!) • Building Head Principal: Assign all your probationary and High Cycle teachers. • Meet with these teachers to review the process, the rubrics, and your expectations. • Self-Assessment Checklist… • Set up a Pre Conference, Observation, and Post Conference with those teachers on your caseload.

  3. AHEP Questions • Manage Staff – all staff assigned to location • Staff Workflow – staff assigned to you for PAS • My Workflow – my personal PAS • Adding/removing staff from Manage Staff tab

  4. Student Achievement Goal • Focus on first 3 areas: Determining Needs, Creating Goals, Action Plan. • Have teachers self assess (first 3 areas only). • Use the rubric to guide your discussion (handout). • AHEP Tasks Form A: Accept Goal (not Sign Off)

  5. Frequently Asked Questions about the Student Achievement Goal… Individual or CT/PLC? Who helps the teacher write the goal? (Goal Assistant on website) What is a “tiered goal?” How do I determine if a focus is “critical?” What about scoring? When do we do it? Where do we do it? Is there a bank of model student achievement goals? What about inter-rater reliability? (Consistency between buildings, evaluators?)
