  3. York Digital Journals (YDJ) is a journal hosting service provided by the Libraries. • The service uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) which enables and facilitates the online publishing of journals • OJS has been adopted by over 2500 journals worldwide www.yorku.ca/ydj

  4. York Digital Journals (YDJ) helps faculty and graduate students publish online • New journals can be created • Existing journals can be migrated from electronic and print formats • YDJ currently hosts 18 journals www.yorku.ca/ydj

  5. YorkSpace is the research archive for York University • It facilitates the online organization, preservation, and dissemination of York research • YorkSpace is compliant with global standards for interoperability

  6. Deposited work is highly visible and preferentially ranked online • A permanent URL (handle) is created for all items • York University Libraries are committed to preserving all items in YorkSpace www.yorku.ca/yorkspace
