New Technology Overview • Voice Mobility • Receipt of calls at Deskset/Mobile phone • Concurrent or simultaneous ring • Voicemail at Deskset or Mobile phone • Caller ID = ASU phone # when calling ASU # from Mobile phone • Calls in process on Mobile can be passed to Deskset (Cisco only) • Schedule: • Cisco phones – available now • Avaya phones – • Limited availability now • Unlimited availability August 2010

  7. New Technology Overview • Hosted Unified Communications (HUCS) • Manages all Cisco phones • Simplified User front-end for some phone/voicemail changes • Distributed administration for some functions
