  2. Log into MyCSUDH

  3. Click on Student Center

  4. Check Enrollment Dates You are eligible to register after the date/time identified in this box.

  5. Click Enroll

  6. Select Semester Select the semester for which you are registering. * * If you are new, you will be directed to Fall 2012.

  7. Search for Classes If you know the exact five-digit class number, enter it here. If you do not know the class number, search all BSN and MSN classes here. Make sure you highlight “Class Search,” the click on Search.

  8. Search for Classes, cont. Enter BSN or MSN in subject If you know the three-digit course #, enter it here. Or leave blank to search all classes in the subject area.

  9. View Search Results Class Name • Identify the class and section (see note below) you would like to add, and click “select class.” • NOTE: • Sections that end in 8 (08, 18, 28, 38, 48, etc.) are internet state side courses. • Sections #50 and #51 are generally for MEPN students only. • There are a few off campus courses at a couple of locations, these are the other unusual numbers such as 60, 35, etc. • Sections #171, 172 are offered through Extended Education and involve different tuition fee and payment due date. For further details on the tuition amount and payment deadlines ( please make sure you click on the following link: http://www.csudh.edu/ee/register.html or contact Extended Education at 310-243-3741.

  10. Select Class to Add * If the class is full and you would like to be added to the waitlist, check the box. *Certain courses and courses that have already begun will require a permission number. Contact the course instructor for permission.

  11. Review Course Added If the course and section are the ones you want to add, click “proceed to step 2 of 3.”

  12. Confirm Course Added

  13. View Your Results If there is a green check, the course was successfully added. Click “my class schedule” to review your schedule or “add another class” to continue enrolling in courses.

  14. Dropping a Course • Repeat the steps shown in slides #5 and #6 for adding a course. • Select the “drop” tab then click continue.

  15. Select Course to Drop Check box next to course you wish to drop, then click on “drop selected classes.”

  16. Confirm Course to Drop

  17. View Your Results If there is a green check, your class was successfully dropped.
