  1. Do you understand ‘The 10 commitments’? Do you have concerns regarding the repair and maintenance of your block/ communal area? HIGH PATH We of the HPCA will again be volunteering our time to answer your questions about regeneration Whether you are tenant, home-owner, private tenant or landlord we will answer your questions as best as possible to try and bring you up to date with information we have accumulated in the past few months. Anything that cannot be answered may be saved for our Nov. 3rd meeting with Paul Quinn. There will also be further opportunities to talk about repairs and maintenance issues. To date we have logged over 40 issues in less than two weeks! We would like to hear from all residents, and the information provided shall be forwarded to the Councillors, MP’s and Circle. By logging these issues, it will help form evidence of Circle’s failings as well as pressure them more to get jobs done on time. QUARTERLY GENERAL MEETING Are you a tenant, homeowner, landlord or a private tenant? Have you got concerns or questions about regeneration and phasing? Have you got concerns or questions about repairs which haven’t been dealt with yet? Have you got concerns or questions about the level of maintenance and cleanliness in your block? Do you need unbiased answers? COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION Are you aware of the legal and financial ‘pitfalls’ in this regeneration, as a tenant or a homeowner? Do you have problems with your; windows, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing, heating, lighting, electrical, or issues with damp, leaking roof?
