  2. Flight Hours Overtime • USD200 per hour for > 150 hrs in 2 calendar months • Past experience: pilots easily flown 160 hours in two calendar months. • Commuting: Scheme A: 900 to 950 hours (~50 hrs overtime) Scheme B: 870 to 900 hours • Non-Commuting: 900 to 995 hours (~ 50 to 95 hrs overtime)

  3. Insufficient Time Flight Hours Limits • Min. 75 block hours per month, but not beyond CAAC’s monthly, quarterly & annual flight hours limitation Reduction of USD100 per block hour from the salary, unless due to company scheduling reasons: • Commuting: Min. 150 Block Hours, 2 calendar months period. OR • Non-Commuting: Min. 75 block hours, 1 calendar month period.
