  3. MANPOWER PROVISION We have been at this since 1996, growing the company from one assignment of eight security officer to over thirty assignments with over two hundred officers. The secret of making the security work at any estate is this. • Recruitment • Procedure Yes, I have oversimplified the security challenges but let me shed some light on what I mean. The biggest and most annoying problem with the security industry market is a shortage of manpower. SMS Investigation & Security Pte Ltd encounters the same challenges, but we work harder to recruit the officers with the right fit into the worksite with the resources that we have.

  4. Procedures: We have created procedures for most of the standard work in the worksite with an almost step by step checklist that idiot proof most the learning curve for the officers. Checklist like  • Main Entrance • Facilities • Emergency situation • Patrolling • Carpark inspection • Wheel Clamp situation • And more… We also aim to resolve issues and challenges (sorry there is no magic wand to make problems disappear) by not arguing and debating by listening and crafting constructive solutions to address the issues and challenges in the worksite.
