New Member information • All new members have a first week of practices without dues • All new members need to fill out their Consent form on OrgSync • Dues - $100 for racing without Nationals, $160 for racing with Nationals, $250 for racing Nationals + kit (while they last!) • Any due questions, please direct to Sarah Brown, Treasurer

  6. Housekeeping • Sweats/hoodies are ready to be picked up. Each are $ • T-shirts are available for you and your family. $15/shirt • Meetings are the first Wednesday of every month, potentially with the exception of April. • Next year officers will have different titles as requested by the Sports Club Federation. • Elections will be held after Nationals • Announced at Banquet. • Officer positions TBA

  7. Practice Schedule **Best time/day for spinning interest. ***This schedule will start Tuesday, January 20th. When the outdoor pool opens we will no longer have a place to swim in the evening and will revert to M/W mornings.

  8. Race Schedule • Sunday, Feb 2nd : Tri vs Cycling Time Trial • Sunday, Feb 9th : Rec Indoor Triathlon • Sat-Sun, March 8th-9th: Stage time trial • Sunday, March 23rd: Mean Green*** • Friday-Sat, April 4-5th: Nationals • Sat-Sun, May 4th: Buffman and Squeaky • Sat-Sun, June 22nd : 70.3 Buffalo Springs

  9. Races Canceled • Many races have been canceled/moved • To race nationals, you must race Mean Green • More information will be available to us tomorrow night • We have invited other teams to be here to participate in the “stage race”, but it will be required for all members planning on going to Nationals as well.

  10. Qualification for Nationals • Must participate in Team Time Trial • Must participate in Mean Green, unless you participated in race series (only Olympic Racers at US Toyota) • Be a part of the team, frequent practices and team events • Pay all debts to the team • Good standing with the University • Only members who are qualified are allowed to go to Nationals.
