Key Areas Worked On • Overall National Agriculture Investment Plan (NAIP) coordination structure responsible for policy and investment actions is established and functional • Mechanisms and groups across policy areas for coordination are established and functional • Develop prioritized policy agenda

Key Next Steps • 24th May de-briefing meeting to be chaired by the minister • Further discussions on the feasibility of different possible configurations of an inter-ministerial group to drive the policy process (24th May) • Review institutional architecture • How to operate post-Dakar • Operational expenses of NSAs for delivering on their part of the METASIP to be calculated • Complete the Ghana Policy Matrix incorporating the new alliance matrix • Develop a comprehensive integrated work plan for all stakeholders (state and non-state) using priority areas to be identified from the Review of the METASIP and JSR (3 yr with clear 1 yr component) • Approval of the SAKSS work plan by the METASIP Steering committee.
