About projects Theinternational traffic exchange network - Cloud-IX.net and the ISP-independent datacenters network - DataHouse- two projects in which the principles of network neutrality was implemented . Cloud-IX.net - The allocated network of Internet traffic exchanges which united IP-networks in Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan (soon), Belarus (soon) and Europe in the single whole.
