Responsibilities Recruit /Train DMT members and Local Coordinators Coordinates Instructor training w/TrS Assures Policy compliance: Admin Security, Expense Official point of contact: SMT, IRS, SPEC, SC, Natl Office DC Feedback Upgrade administrative, management skills of local coordinators DMT teamwork DC Responsibilities

Responsibilities Collect info and develop report on sites, volunteers, activity Distribute info to ADS, DMT, LCs as needed Works w/TC on equip allocation and inventory reporting DC Feedback Need to recruit people with administrative and computer application skills. Ability to download volunteer and site information in excel format to customize reports. AC Responsibilities

  8. Responsibilities Recruit & Retain Volunteers Asst PVC in processing of new applicants. Est. relationships w/local media Asst in development of Partner programs, site selection. Asst in promoting donations of equipment and funds DC Feedback Must have authority to speak for the DC otherwise slows down decision making. Partner with others (e.g. UW; CA$H) to aid in advertising promotion. CC Responsibilities

Responsibilities Identify equipment needs and maintain inventory Assists in HW/SW installation & upgrades Assists LCs in proper ERO procedures ERO Training Ongoing technical support DC Feedback IRS Computers shipped ready to use Recruit volunteers w/technical and Taxwise skills Recruit volunteers w/networking skills TC Responsibilities

  10. Responsibilities Assists in recruitment and selection of instructors Instructor Training & Certification Use of euipment for training Monitors instruction Directs testing procedures and schedules DC Feedback Almost all of these responsibilities have been delegated TrC Responsibilities
