  2. Your FACC Staff Erinn Streeter Database Coordinator, FLC Barbara Solis, CMP Executive Director, FACC Per the FACC Bylaws, two FLC employees are designated as permanent staff: Executive Director and Executive Assistant.

  3. Liaison • Staff Duties: • Attend all board meetings and membership meetings (unless excused by the association president) • Prepare minutes of all board and membership meetings • Manage membership database • Dues • Membership directories • Membership statistics • Web page • Webinars • Newsletters and other mass communication

  4. Insurance Services The League provides the following insurance services: • Cancellation insurance for meetings • Liability and Officers/ Directors Insurance

  5. Financial • Collection of all funds on behalf of the association - FACC has a special association account • FACC expenditures steered by the by-laws or by the Board of Directors • The League submits a quarterly report • to the association detailing receipts, • expenditures, interest earnings, • etc.

  6. Annual Audit At the direction of the association’s board of directors, the league shall arrange for an annual, independent audit of the association’s financial activities; the cost of which shall be the association’s responsibility.

  7. Meeting Planning Services • Many services provided for meetings and events: • Obtain bids from various hotels for meetings • Negotiate contracts • Define time tables for events • Establish registration fees • Develop, print and distribute promotional/registration materials • Process registrations, including confirmations • Provide attendance reports • Compile, print, distribute any announcements, programs, handouts • Provide on-site staff assistance for registration, assembly of packets, name badges and other related activities as needed • Coordinate exhibitors and/or sponsors for conference • Coordinate arrangements for board meetings • Coordinate arrangements for speakers (via IOG)

  8. Records All association records maintained in accordance with the Florida Department of State record retention schedules.
