THE MITIGATION MECHANISM • Registration, record keeping & monitoring of farms • Streaming of sampling procedure, clear documentation • Product standardisation & inspection strengthened • Implementation of private standards • Exports only from recognized pack-houses • Method of analysis as per AOAC/Codex by ISO-17025/NABL compliant labs. • Setting up of NRL for periodic checks and alerts • Regular training programmes for all concerned
