TT&L WG Meeting • WG Dates: 16, 17 June 2015 • Venue: 4th floor Espinas Hotel, Tehran • Participants: 10 (Iran4; Taiwan 2, Korea 1, Japan 2, India 1); 3 via goto meeting • Agenda: Meetings on 16and 17were proceeded based on the agenda with two additional presentations on Kish island and Iran SLH status (Speakers from Iran Cultural Heritage, Handicraft and Tourism Organization)

Brief Summary - SLH • SLH – small lodging house • 2nd Stage of SLH TT&L International Pilot Project is ongoing • Initial system architecture design completed • Implementation to start in July • A pilot prototype system planed to be completed by Sept. • Full implementation of system to startafter successful pilot demonstration • There are 6 countries participating. • System architecture agreed by the experts of the group • Applying Cloud and Mobile technology as best as possible • Open API • Open source software • MongoDB or MySQL used for global hub • Dropbox for document sharing

  7. Brief Summary - DTI 1. Status of the Project • The BRS has been completed after the public review held on 16TH Nov.,2014 following the process defined in the UNCEFACT Forum. • Then Korean Tourist Classification Categories have been developed and were shown in Bangkok AFACT meeting on 25th and 26th Nov., 2014. • Each country can customizetheir own tourist classification according to the need of the country. • DTI demonstration system completed (http://app.mi.com/detail/85171). • RSM document to be completed • In South Korea DTI project was suspended at the end of March 30, 2015 because of the end of the government funding. • Reorganization of the project has been initiated

  8. Brief Summary - DTI (2) 2. The New Organization in South Korea • In June 2015, Korea Tourism Organization will start the new project "smart tourism activating enforcement and national information LOD - Linked open Date“ • MR. KIM Yang gil of KTO will direct the new project after hearing the progress of DTI Project from Mr. G. Ko . The rest of the DTI project will be covered in the new project, expecting to be finalized by Sept.,2015 in UNCEFACT Forum. 3. The Web Page Update • In the Web site of UNCEFACT Forum, the DTI project had been updated until 03 May, 2015. This will further be updated in the future. • In South Korea reorganization of the project has been initiated to restart the project by such the national public institutions as Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Korea Tourism Organization, and Korea Culture and Tourism Institute.
