  15. The Electives Classes you get to pick. Select (4) four electives that you want in the order of your preference. # 1 being the one you want most. We will try to accommodate your choices in your order of preference. However, all electives are subject to availability.

  16. PHYSICAL EDUCATION • PE is a requirement for all Middle School Students in each grade level, per Senate Bill 610. • A PE waiver must be turned in along with your subject selection sheet if you DO NOT want to have PE as part of your schedule for the next school year. • The waiver must be signed by your parents and returned no later than March 26, 2009 along with your subject selection sheet. • All students will be registered for PE unless this waiver is on file, and therefore, you may lose your elective preferences. • If you do not bring a waiver, then make sure to put PE as option 1 and specify which PE.

PROCEDURES • Have your current teachers make the appropriate recommendations for all of the core classes. • Sit with parents to review and select appropriate electives and make sure to have your parents sign the bottom portion; along with your signature. • Return completed Green sheet by Thursday, March 26, 2009 with all appropriate signatures to your teacher.
