  6. Changes to the Report, this year • Change in instructions to reflect Minimum guarantee – 105% this year. • Changes to “Other Program Income” Section. • New Special Class Revenue Formula (Rates have been augmented by COLA). • More Detail Displayed in the Summary /Signatures page.
