  1. UKSP2 Stavelet Peter, Ashley, Martin DAY 2 (22/06/2012)

  2. Problem No connectivity to EoS Culplrit: crease here? Connectivity to EoS

  3. Crease magnified

  4. Temporary (and More Permanent) Solutions Longer term: Roy is having another bottom layer tape plated today. We shall add a section of this on top of the stave to effect a more permanent repair

  5. Setup Chain of Modules “STAR” power PCB 0V 2.5V • Module is presently independently powered: • enables “reference point” for each module • helps decouple SP effects from those related to the shield configuration

  6. ENC by 3PG at 1fC • Results at 9A CI from Tti TSX 1820P, 200V bias • Result for 9.5A, 200V in progress • Will then run 9A and 9.5A at 250V

  7. DTN @ 0.50fC YES, REALLY! BEST DTN RESULT FOR A STAVE MODULE EVER!

  8. DTN @ ~0.33fC

  9. Plan • Add two more modules (and semi permanent repair) next week • Test with independent power • Then chain SP of modules with wires • Final module the week after that • Test with independent power • Then chain of modules SP with wires • Then chain of modules SP with bonds & tape
