Collaborative Action Training • Four to six month engagement focused on launching Collaborative Action Networks • “Train the Trainer” approach • Weekly/Bi-weekly call support and coaching • Site Visits • Network Charter Sessions (half-day per network) • Action Planning (half-day per network) • Deliverables: • Network Charters • Network Action Plans
