  1. Academic Tracker Instructions The following slides show examples of how to use the Student Portal and your Academic Folder.

  2. Student Portal Login • User Name: Four letters of last name. (Capitalize first letter) & grade in. • Password: Four letters first name & birth date. (Capitalize first letter). Use Zero if needed. • Example: Johnny Wilson 7th Grader born January 5th • User Name: Wils07 • Password: John0105 • JH Website

  3. DO NOT SAVE PASSWORD TO COMPUTER!!!

  5. Overview of Grades Click on blue grades to see detailed list of assignments for each subject.

  7. Academic Tracker Folder • Cover Sheet Tracking Grades In English Math Science Social Studies/History

  8. Weekly Example • Week One English Week Three Student Has: 85%- Daily Average 75%-Quiz Average 75%- Test Average 80%- Overall Average Week 3 Student Shaded in Average With Colored Pencil.

  9. Math Weekly Example • Blank Example IF A TEACHER HAS MORE THAN THREE ASSIGNMENT CATEGORIES YOU CAN RENAME THE OVERALL AND ADD THE OVERALL IN THE BLANK SECTION. IF A TEACHER NAMES A CATEGORY DIFFERENT THAN DAILY-QUIZ-TEST JUST MAKE A NOTE UNDERNEATH.

  10. Six Weeks At-a-Glance After teachers post final six weeks grades and report cards are handed out you are to record each six weeks average in the six weeks at a glance section.

  11. Reflection- Written after each six weeks.

  12. DO NOT Share Your Password with other students! • DO NOT lose Your Academic Folder! • Certain days during Zero period will be used to update your folder, BUT you can also do it ahead of time. You can not track a week until the following Tuesday. Reminders Academic Tracker
