  2. What is a TESA or PESA? • A body covering Epididymal Sperm Aspiration (PESA) and Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA) are surgical procedures that are used to search out and extract sperm from the male partner who doesn't have sperm in his semen/ejaculate.A PESA/TESA could also be a decent selection for you if the male partner has one in all the following: • Those having undergone a ablation or unsuccessful ablation reversal • Those with meager sperm production • Those having a no heritable absence of the duct  • Those who are having a blockage of the procreative tract

  3. How the Testicular Biopsy is done? • This surgery is done by a specialist in men’s organs (urologist). It is a daytime procedure. It can be done in the doctor’s office, a day surgery clinic, or a hospital operating room. The patient is lied on the table and the area to be operated over the testicles is first sterilized. • Local anesthesia is given to the scrotum area and then small tissue from the testicles is collected and then later it’s stitched. • The stitches heal with time and the body absorbs it over a period of time. The doctor suggests you to wear some athletic inners for more support and be careful till the cuts heal. The procedure generally takes 20 minutes and it’s advised not to indulge in any sexual activity till the cuts get healed.
