  2. In this section you have the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge of the correct form of entry for a personal name or the name of a corporate body. For each question, assume that the person or corporate body is serving as the authorized access point (main entry) in a bibliographic record for a book. Thus the name will be recorded in a 100 or 110 field. This is not part of an authority record. Thus there will be no 4xx (variant form of name—“see from” reference) or 5xx (“see-also” reference) fields added. Also, do not add a relationship designator as the role of the person or corporate body is not given here. (Each question is worth three points.)
