An assessment of the current situation • Strengths • Organization based in Committees and working groups • Positive evolution of number of members • Good answer in previous initiatives • Committees Plans ambitious • Sources to obtain funds: Spanish Ministry • Synergy with IEEE ES • Weakness • Members are not in general proactive • There is not financial autonomy • Risks derived of the ambitious plans. Maybe we are not completely prepared
