The Benefits and Drawbacks of Legal Immigration in the United States by Jeffery

Jeffery David Whippo asserts that there would be significant prospects for economic expansion as a result of this lawful immigration. He goes on to ask, "But what about illegal aliens who cross the US-Mexico border and commit other crimes like rape?" These are the people who traffic in human beings and attack or rape women. Aside from this, legitimate immigration may pose a risk to public safety and security due to concerns about drug trafficking.

  1. The Benefits and Drawbacks of Legal Immigration in the United States by Jeffery David Whippo For the US, immigration has always been a powerful driver of economic and population growth. Furthermore, the immigrants made a significant contribution by laboring for the nation's industrialization and electrification. Many young, highly educated individuals are traveling and expressing a desire to visit the United States. Jeffery David Whippo asserts that there would be significant prospects for economic expansion as a result of this lawful immigration. Moreover, the population of unauthorized immigrants has been growing quickly due to the mismatch between economic incentives and restrictive policies. A sizable immigrant population consists primarily of young, highly educated workers, primarily engineers and scientists. Young people with limited education who work in very manual labor-intensive jobs make up another sizable category. All of them move to the US for work-related reasons. Consequently, as more labor becomes available, more businesses increase their capacity for production and open more locations, according to Jeffery D Whippo. Over time, immigrants boost the size and quantity of businesses offering investment opportunities rather than dislodging the current ones. Compared to native-born workers, immigrant laborers are more open to relocate in search of employment. When combined with the advantages that immigrants have over native-born people, this mobility supports productivity growth in robust labor markets. Jeffery David Whippo goes on to ask, "But what about illegal aliens who cross the US-Mexico border and commit other crimes like rape?" These are the people who traffic in human beings and attack or rape women. Aside from this, legitimate immigration may pose a risk to public safety and security due to concerns about drug trafficking.
