  1. My Proposal • This proposal will be feasible if the following assumptions are used: • If we can book/use the facilities in the CC for a very very low price/free.

  2. Concept • To promote our CC as a place for people to come together/join. • As an introductory event to possibly starting a boardgaming session every month.

  3. Pricing 1 Event 2 Events

  4. Pricing (Part 2) • Rebate of $5 for sign-up of Passion card during the event. (To encourage sign-up of Passion card) • Rebate/Discount of $2 for the next event. (To help promote our next event, any Lengkee YEC event)

  5. 1st Event - Gaming • Date: To be discussed • Venue: Lengkee CC - Hall • Timing: 2pm – 6pm • Target Grp: Young People (Below 35) 40 M + 40 F (Max 80) (To include singles/non-singles)

  6. 1st Event - Gaming • Activities: • 1.30 – 2.15 Registration • 1.50 – 2.30 PAYM Promotion (Passion Card) • 1.50 – 2.30 Lengkee YEC Promotion activities • 2.15 – 2.30 Admin – Getting food/etc • 2.30 – 2.45 Ice-breaker • 2.45 – 5.45 Boardgaming – few rounds of rotation • 5.45 – 6.00 Free Mingling

  7. 1st Event -Gaming • Game Ideas • Simon Says as Ice-breaker (10mins) • Introductions as Ice-breaker (10mins) • Amazing Race around Lengkee CC (1hr) • 4 rounds of rotation for boardgames (15mins each) • 2 rounds of big group game (30mins each)

  8. 1st Event - Gaming • We can get maybe half the group size to be singles, the rest can be just anyone & give them colour-coded nametags or arrange the groups such that the singles can mingle during the event.

  10. Break-even Logic • The minimal income from each participant is $10. • If we can hit 80 participants who sign up as early bird (response is good), we can cut back on the food cost by providing less expensive food/finger food.

  11. 2nd Event – Singles’ Event • Date: To be discussed • Venue: Lengkee CC - Hall • Timing: 6pm – 9pm • Target Grp: Singles (Age 21-40) 20 M + 20 F (Max 40)

  12. 2nd Event – Singles’ Event • Activities: • 6.00 – 6.15 Registration • 6.15 – 6.30 Admin – Getting food/etc • 6.30 – 7.00 Human Bingo/ Murderer • 7.00 – 8.00 Eating/ Free Mingling • 8.00 – 9.00 Singles’ Games • 9.00 – 9.30 Farewell
