  1. New TrafficRules

  2. Over five lakh accidents take place on Indian roads annually in which around 1.5 lakh people die, and over 2.5 lakh are grievously injured. Therefore, strict measures and corrective action must be taken to bring down these figures. The amended MVA, 2019 was recently passed by the Parliament and came into effect from September 1 this year and new fines for traffic violations 2019 are now in place.  The new traffic rules and penalties for violations have been introduced to improve road safety.
