  2. Mission • Our mission is to save not only whales • Other species as well • Wolves, birds, cats, rhinos, elephants, reptiles • To help protect and save endangered species

  3. Situation • Building is over 30 years old • 750 sq. ft. in the current building • Several maintenance problems

  4. Actions • Plan 1- Cost $500,000 for renovations and technology • Plan 2- Cost $750,000 for building and technology • Plan 3- Cost $75,000,000 for building and technology

  5. Recommended • Use Plan 2, most cost effective plan • Other plans cost too much or no space • Able to hire new employees, or new technology

  6. Implement • Use plan 2, best for both companies • Able to spread message better • Hire interns or new employees • 2 months time over 50 species saved

  7. Evaluate • Help office and field employees • Operate at peak efficiency, better results • Advertise better • Able to save more endangered animals

  8. Our Story Our company was started in an unusual way. We first started saving a local frog that was losing its habitat in 1966. We then went on to save a species of deer that was being over hunted. 5 years later we started receiving donations and 3 years after that we got our first sponsor. Since then we have gone abroad and started saving endangered species all over the world. We have recently acquired a couple of labs around the world where we are now able to do blood work on some of these endangered species that we tag in the field.
