Young person is observed to be involved in anti-social behaviour b Information passed to police and /or housing a c ABC workers pass details to YISP Information passed on to ABC Workers who add details to monitoring list Information on young person placed on monitoring list is discussed at the Monthly Information Sharing meetings Evidence of very serious anti-social behaviour – either referred to ASBU case conference by preventions manager OR ABC arranged ASAP The ABC Project, Westminster YOT, 6a Crompton Street, London W2 1ND Call 020 7641 5391, 020 7641 5392 or 020 7641 1578 Email abc@westminster.gov.uk Visit www.westminster.gov.uk If no repeated anti-social behaviour for approx 3 months, young person removed from monitoring list Warning letter sent by ABC Workers to family to let them know they are being monitored Further anti-social behaviour reported – 2nd attempt to hold ABC meeting. If failed to attend/sign fast track to ASBO meeting Invited and not willing to attend or sign contract – letter sent to inform family young person still monitored and the likely consequences of anti-social behaviour If there is information of further anti-social behaviour decision made by ABC Partnership to put them on an ABC 3 month home visit held if young person has been complying with ABC so far ABC complied with fully – young person monitored for further 3 months and then taken off list ABC meeting held – Contract agreed – normal length 6 mnths Initial breach – refer details to ABC Breach/ASBO Referral Meeting – appropriate action taken If breaches continue decision made as to whether to refer young person to ASBO Team Further breaches – ABC renewed for further 6 months If ABC then complied with – young person is monitored for further 3 months and then off list 2nd ABC complied with fully – young person monitored for further 3 months and then off list Young person referred to ASBO Team for monitoring ABC Workers send information to ASBO Team
