2. Matthew 26 มัทธิว 26 Betrayal and Arrest of Jesus

3. 47 While He was still speaking, Judas came, one of the twelve, and with him a great crowd with swords and clubs, from the chief priests and the elders of the people.

5. 48 Now the betrayer had given them a sign, saying, “The one I will kiss is the man; seize him.” 48 ผู้ที่จะอายัดพระองค์นั้นได้ให้อาณัติสัญญาณแก่เขาว่า “เราจะจุบคำนับผู้ใดก็เป็นผู้นั้นแหละ จงจับกุมเขาไว้”

7. 50 Jesus said to him, “Friend, do what you came to do.” Then they came up and laid hands on Jesus and seized him. 50พระเยซูได้ตรัสกับเขาว่า “สหายเอ๋ย มาที่นี่ทำไม” คนเหล่านั้นก็เข้ามาจับพระเยซูและคุมไป

8. 51 And behold, one of those who were with Jesus stretched out his hand and drew his sword and struck the servant of the high priest and cut off his ear. 51 ขณะนั้น มีคนหนึ่งที่อยู่กับพระเยซูยื่นมือชักดาบออกฟันหูทาสคนหนึ่งของมหาปุโรหิตประจำการขาด

12. 55At that hour Jesus said to the crowds, “Have you come out as against a robber, with swords and clubs to capture me? Day after day I sat in the temple teaching, and you did not seize me.

17. 6When Jesus said to them, “I am He,” they drew back and fell to the ground. 6เมื่อพระองค์ตรัสกับเขาทั้งหลายว่า “ข้าพระองค์คือผู้นั้นแหละ” เขาทั้งหลายได้ถอยหลังและล้มลงที่ดิน

20. 8Jesus answered, “I told you that I am He. So, if you seek Me, let these men go.” 8พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “ข้าพเจ้าบอกท่านแล้วว่าข้าพเจ้าคือผู้นั้นถ้าท่านแสวงหาข้าพเจ้าก็จงปล่อยคนเหล่านี้ไปเถิด”

21. 9This was to fulfill the word that He had spoken: “Of those whom you gave Me I have lost not one.” 9ทั้งนี้ก็เพื่อให้เป็นจริงตามพระดำรัสซึ่งพระองค์ตรัสว่า “คนเหล่านั้นซึ่งพระองค์ได้ประทานแก่ข้าพระองค์ไม่ได้เสียไปสักคนเดียว”

22. 10Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest's servant and cut off his right ear. (The servant's name was Malchus.) 10ซีโมนเปโตรมีดาบจึงชักออกฟันทาสคนหนึ่งของมหาปุโรหิตผู้ประจำการถูกหูข้างขวาขาดไปทาสคนนั้นชื่อมัลคัส

24. 12So the band of soldiers and their captain and the officers of the Jews arrested Jesus and bound Him. 12พวกพลทหารกับนายทหารและเจ้าหน้าที่ของพวกยิวจึงจับพระเยซูมัดไว้

25. 13First they led him to Annas, for he was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, who was high priest that year. 13แล้วพาพระองค์ไปหาอันนาสก่อนเพราะอันนาสเป็นพ่อตาของคายาฟาสผู้ซึ่งเป็นมหาปุโรหิตประจำการในปีนั้น

27. 58And Peter was following him at a distance, as far as the courtyard of the high priest, and going inside he sat with the guards to see the end.

29. 59 Now the chief priests and the whole Council were seeking false testimony against Jesus that they might put him to death, 59พวกมหาปุโรหิตกับบรรดาสมาชิกสภา จึงหาพยานเท็จมาเบิกปรักปรำพระเยซู เพื่อจะประหารพระองค์เสีย

30. 60 but they found none, though many false witnesses came forward. At last two came forward 60แต่ถึงแม้มีพยานเท็จหลายคนมาให้การก็หาหลักฐานไม่ได้ ในที่สุดมีสองคนมาให้การ

31. 61 and said, “This man said, ‘I am able to destroy the temple of God, and to rebuild it in three days.’” 61ว่า “คนนี้ได้ว่าเขาสามารถจะทำลายพระวิหารของพระเจ้า และจะสร้างขึ้นใหม่ในสามวัน”

32. 62 And the high priest stood up and said, “Have you no answer to make? What is it that these men testify against you?” 62 มหาปุโรหิตประจำการจึงลุกขึ้นถามพระองค์ว่า “ท่านจะไม่แก้ตัวในข้อหาที่พยานเขาตั้งมานี้หรือ”

33. 63 But Jesus remained silent. And the high priest said to him, “I adjure you by the living God, tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God.”

35. 64 Jesus said to him, “You have said so. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.”

36. 64 พระเยซูตรัสตอบว่า “ท่านว่าถูกแล้ว และยิ่งกว่านั้นอีกเราบอกท่านทั้งหลายว่า ในเวลาเบื้องหน้านั้น ท่านทั้งหลายจะได้เห็นบุตรมนุษย์นั่งข้างขวาของผู้ทรงฤทธานุภาพ และเสด็จมาบนเมฆแห่งฟ้าสวรรค์”

37. 65Then the high priest tore his robes and said, “He has uttered blasphemy. What further witnesses do we need? You have now heard His blasphemy.

38. 65ขณะนั้นท่านมหาปุโรหิตจึงฉีกเสื้อของตน แล้วว่า “เขาพูดหมิ่นประมาทพระเจ้าแล้ว เราต้องการพยานอะไรอีกเล่า ท่านทั้งหลายก็ได้ยินเขาพูดหมิ่นประมาทพระเจ้าแล้ว

39. 66 What is your judgment?” They answered, “He deserves death.” 66ท่านทั้งหลายคิดเห็นอย่างไร” คนทั้งปวงก็ตอบว่า “ควรปรับโทษถึงตาย”

40. 67 Then they spit in His face and struck Him. And some slapped Him, 67แล้วเขาถ่มน้ำลายรดพระพักตร์และตีพระองค์ และบางคนเอามือตบพระองค์

41. 68 saying, “Prophesy to us, you Christ! Who is it that struck you?” 68 แล้วว่า “เจ้าพระคริสต์ จงเผยให้เรารู้ว่าใครตบเจ้า”

42. 69 Now Peter was sitting outside in the courtyard. And a servant girl came up to him and said, “You also were with Jesus the Galilean.” 69ฝ่ายเปโตรนั่งอยู่นอกตึกที่ลานบ้าน มีสาวใช้คนหนึ่งมาพูดกับเขาว่า “แกได้อยู่กับเยซูชาวกาลิลีด้วยเหมือนกัน”

43. 70 But he denied it before them all, saying, “I do not know what you mean.” 70แต่เปโตรได้ปฏิเสธต่อหน้าคนทั้งปวงว่า “ที่เจ้าว่านั้นข้าไม่รู้เรื่อง”

44. 71 And when he went out to the entrance, another servant girl saw him, and she said to the bystanders, “This man was with Jesus of Nazareth.” 71เมื่อเปโตรได้ออกไปที่ประตูบ้าน สาวใช้อีกคนหนึ่งแลเห็นจึงบอกคนทั้งปวงที่อยู่ที่นั่นว่า “คนนี้ได้อยู่กับเยซูชาวนาซาเร็ธด้วย”

45. 72 And again he denied it with an oath: “I do not know the man.” 72เปโตรจึงปฏิเสธอีกทั้งสาบานว่า “ข้าไม่รู้จักคนนั้น”

46. 73 After a little while the bystanders came up and said to Peter, “Certainly you too are one of them, for your accent betrays you.” 73อีกสักครู่หนึ่งคนทั้งหลายที่ยืนอยู่ใกล้ๆนั้นก็มาว่าแก่เปโตรว่า “เจ้าเป็นคนหนึ่งในพวกนั้นแน่แล้ว ด้วยว่าสำเนียงของเจ้าส่อตัวเอง”

47. 74 Then he began to invoke a curse on himself and to swear, “I do not know the man.” And immediately the rooster crowed. 74เปโตรก็สบถสาบานใหญ่ว่า “ข้าไม่รู้จักคนนั้น” ในทันใดนั้นไก่ก็ขัน

48. 75 And Peter remembered the saying of Jesus, “Before the rooster crows, you will deny me three times.” And he went out and wept bitterly. 75 เปโตรจึงระลึกถึงคำที่พระเยซูตรัสไว้ว่า “ก่อนไก่ขันเจ้าจะปฏิเสธเราสามครั้ง” แล้วเปโตรก็ออกไปข้างนอกร้องไห้เป็นทุกข์ยิ่งนัก
