The limited series will be jointly produced by Spectrum, Paramount Network, and ViacomCBS Streaming Service in which Jessica Chastain will play the role of country music legend Tammy Wynette. • The series is currently titled “George & Tammy.” It will have nine months of the exclusive stream for Spectrum subscribers, and after that, it will arrive on the windows of ViacomCBS forthcoming streaming service and Paramount Network. • The series will follow the relationship of power couple Wynette and George, who did have their struggle but that inspired some of the most legendary music in American history. • The series will explore the aspects of the book written by their daughter Georgette Jones titled “The Three of Us: Growing Up with Tammy and George.” Abe Sylvia has penned the script and will also executive produce the series alongside Andrew Lazar, Josh Brolin, and Chastain. Representing 101 Studios, Bob Yari and Bryan Goluboff will executive produce the series.
