Howcan Iovercome mydepression?” Whenever we fall sick, we go to the doctor. Wecomebackcompletelyhealthyfromthere. However, whenthedoctorfallssick,hetreatshimselfbecausehe knowsthe causeand treatmentof hisillness. Similarly,inadversesituationsinlife,wehaveto becomeourdoctor. Theseadverseconditionsarelikesickness,ifwereactwiththeright attitude,then problems canbe over.
