Advance Information literacy education in remote areas Exploration and practice to narrow the digital gap between teachers and students of higher vocational colleges in Hainan province Jian Fang, Tianwei Zhen, Ping Liang ,Ming Zhong (Vocational and technical college of Hainan province )

一、研究背景 1、经济落后； 2、气候方面； 3、学生方面； 4、教师方面。

1.Research background 1. Economic backwardness ； 2. The weather aspect； 3. Students aspect ； 4. Teachers aspect。

二、教学、培训课程实施状况 1、教学、培训开展情况：共完成了262个班级，1848个课时，11905位学生的《文检课》的课程教学任务; 完成了05-09级5个学年的新生入馆教育培训任务，五年时间共计培训新生达到15205人。

2. implementation status of teaching and training curriculum 1. implementation status of teaching and training Having finished 262 classes，1,848class hours，11,905 students’ teaching tasks of literature retrieval course ; completed education &training task of library enteringfor 5 school years’ new students from 05 to 09 grade ，trained up to 15205new students for all in 5 years 。

2、教学上采用“三位一体”的方式 （1）课堂多媒体（2）课后进网站（3）考试在网上

2.Adopt“The Trinity” mode in teaching （1） Multimedia classroom （2） surf online after class （3） Test online

4、体会 • （1）改变学生长期接受填鸭式的教学形式，变被动学习为主动学习；

4. Experience • （1） Change the teaching style of spoon-feeding which students have long-term accepted, change studying passively into active learning

4、体会 • （2）改变学生获取知识由单一教材变主动检索更多的相关信息；

4. Experience • （2）change the way students obtain knowledgefrom single teaching material to retrieval related information actively

4、体会 • （3）培养学生对信息获取的养成习惯，为终身学习打下良好的基础；

4. Experience • （3） Train the students to form the habit of obtaining information to lay a good foundation for life-long learning

4、体会 • （4）在信息检索课的带动下不仅帮助学生提高专业能力，更主要帮助学生学会主动获取信息的能力，提高了学生的综合素质；

4. Experience • （4） The information retrieval course not only help students improve their professional ability, moreover , it help students learn the ability to obtain information actively, raise the students' comprehensive quality

4、体会 • （5）图书馆在高校不仅是为教学、科研提供信息资料的部门，而且也是一个为师生提高信息素养、综合素质不可或缺的重要场所。

4. Experience • （5） Libraries in colleges and universities not only are school departments providing information materials for teaching and scientific research but also are indispensable important places to improve the information literacy and comprehensive quality for the teachers and students .

三、急需解决的问题 1.扩大国家文化共享工程的受惠面，使高职教育融入其中； 2.构建省级高校信息共享平台是缩小数字鸿沟的组织保证； 3.制定数字资源典藏管理政策及发展指标； 4.利用好图书馆现有设备资源。

3.Problems needing to solve 1. Expand scope of the benefit from national culture sharing project ，make higher vocational educationinvolved in ； 2. Building provincial college information sharing platform is the organization guarantee to narrow digital gap ； 3. Formulate management policy & development index for digital resources collection ； 4. Make good use of existing library resource.
