  2. Working Group Scope: Consider revisions to existing 1987 Standard and produce a draft for approval through the IEEE ballot process.

  3. Formed by the Risk, Reliability and Probability Applications Subcommittee per a request by Mike Curley, Manager of GADS services at NERC. A Task Force was formed in 2002 and upgraded to a Working Group per Standard Association requirements. Monthly teleconference/Web Conference meetings held since July 2002.

  4. Official Roster indicating all WG participants. Minutes Posted by Secretary. • http://grouper.IEEE.org/groups/762 • All WG members have finished their work assignments for revised draft. • Revised Draft is posted on web site for review • Chair and Secretary are working with IEEE Staff in Editing Review and invitation for ballot.

  5. Schedule of future activities • Response to Pre-ballot mandatory Editorial coordination. Three Sections: • Section 1: Items to resolve before ballot begins • Section 2: Items to resolve before final recirculation. • Section 3: Recommended changes. • Balloting invitation by Chair.

  6. Key Revision Efforts Equivalent Demand Forced Outage Rate and Demand Forced Outage Rate; Limiting conditions for forced outage indexes. Group Performance Indexes: Un-weighted (time-based); Capacity-weighted calculations for group performance indexes Pooling Methodologies for EFORd Outside Plant Management Control Review of Commercial Availability Concept
