  1. Introduction WOW! Parrotfish are so colorful!!! Did you know that there are 7 different kinds of Parrotfish: Stareye, Yellow bar, bullet head, Regal, Pale nose, and Red lip! If you want to learn more about the sea hop on the boat with me let’s go on an adventure!!!

  2. Yum! • You might think that different kinds of parrotfish eat different things but guess what? They all eat algae and coral. Did you know that parrotfish take in coral and turn it into sand? Some beaches in the US have sand that parrotfish have made!!! Isn't that cool?

  3. Dive in • Most parrotfish live in the shallow part of the coral reef. This is where they find most food. They need nice safe homes so no predators can eat them. Who would want to eat a pretty fish like the parrotfish?

  4. Look!!! Parrotfish are very colorful. They can light up 1 whole room in your house. They are all colors: purple pink red green orange yellow and more. Also they are mostly tropical! There teeth are joined together too!! That’s a lot

  5. What are they doing???? Parrotfish have some habits in their very tropical lives. They use their lips that looks like a beak to get food and parrotfish are also more active in the day than they are at night. Also like any other fish parrotfish travel in schools! WOW! I hope you’re learning from this! Are you?

  6. Let’s review!!!!! • Parrotfish have a lip that looks like a beak and are VERY COLORFUL and mostly tropical, they eat algae and turn coral into sand when they take it in, and live in the shallow part of the coral reef!!!!!!! I hope you learned something about parrotfish!
