Might want to have them initial and date sheet after talking to them. • Assist parents in locating forms • Remind parents of time frame to get hours in. • Decide if you want to hang on to form for parents so they can come fill sheet out and return to you?

  5. Volunteer hours sheet turn in: • Must be turned in 1 week after last game • Check will be cashed if no form has been turned in. • Check will be cashed if you do not complete the hours. • If parents choose to not volunteer and just want their checks cashed. Please inform board and have them mark that on their volunteer form • If a parent is having problems completing hours and other jobs have been filled with in your team. They can contact the board prior to the season being over. Not after the season is over.

  6. Parents responsible • Submitting a completed, signed form by the end of season. Dates, descriptions and time need to be filled out. • Parents must complete volunteer hours set by board for the season of play. • If you want your check cashed, and refuse to do volunteer hours. Please indicate on your form, check or send an e-mail to biglakesoccer@yahoo.com. If we receive enough request for cashing checks and team are having trouble getting jobs filled. We will raise the volunteer hours and the amount of the volunteer checks. • It is not the PVC job to make sure you get your hours in, they are to inform you of team jobs that need to be done. If you drop off your child and don’t have any contact with team it will be difficult to complete your hours. • Volunteer hours are a per family basis. If you have 3 kids signed up for 1 season you are only required to fill the hours set by the board for season of play on one of the teams. • Parents with more than 1 child playing per season: please pick one team to complete hours with. It is your job to inform the other team you are filling hours for the opposite team. Please submit form to both teams to turn into the board. • It is your job to ask what needs to be done. We created this position to help with communication and as a tool for parents to get their hours in.
