  2. Who Are We? Georgetown Soccer Association is a community-based soccer organization serving Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Florence, Jarrell, Salado, North Round Rock, East Leander/Cedar Park, Hutto and the surrounding areas We have been providing recreational and competitive (select) soccer programs to the community for over 30 years We are a wholly volunteer-run, 501(c)( 3 ) non-profit organization Our goal is to provide a quality soccer experience for all interested kids We have a de facto partnership with Georgetown Independent School District and the community Part of our GSA Ray Thomas Fields are on long term lease from GISD Service to GISD students We provide financial aid for qualified players We patronize local businesses/sole proprietors where possible for advertising, field maintenance, administrative and concession purchases

  3. What Do We Provide? Our Current Programs for Recreational & Select Players For Recreational Players U5/U6 $50, U7/U8 $70 per season, $100/$140 for the year. Includes uniform, one practice per week with volunteer coach supported by a professional staff coach and approximately 10 games per Fall/Spring seasons U9-U10: $120 per season, $240 for the year. Includes uniform, two practices per week with volunteer coach and approximately 10 games per Fall/Spring seasons U11-U18: $140 per season, $280 for the year. Includes uniform, two practices per week with volunteer coach and approximately 10 games per Fall/Spring seasons For Academy Players U8-U10 $340 per season, $680 for the year. Includes two practices per week with licensed professional trainer & volunteer coach combination and approximately 10 games per Fall/Spring seasons. Uniform and tournament fees are extra. For Select Players $975-$1750 for the year, depending on competitive level of team. Includes 2-3 practices per week with licensed professional coach and approximately 10 games per Fall/Spring seasons. Uniform and tournament fees are extra.

  4. How Do We Help Our Players? Financial Aid For Recreational and Academy Players To provide opportunities to all kids who want to play soccer, we lowered our fees for U5/U6 Rec players to $50 (from $100) and for U7/U8 Rec players to $70 (from $120). This is equivalent to our previously offered financial aid rates. As such, no additional aid is offered at these age groups, as essentially all players are receiving aid. Financial aid for older U11-U18 Rec players and Academy U8-U10 players remains at 50% off for qualified players. Recent Statistics Fall 2012: 284 Rec/50 Academy players Granted 28 Rec/3 Academy players financial aid (~10%), valued at $3K Spring 2013: 295 Rec/59 Academy players Granted 20 Rec/14 Academy players financial aid (~10%), valued at $3.5K Financial Aid For Select (Competitive) Players Fall 2012/Spring 2013 seasons: ~300 Players Total Granted ~70 players financial aid (23%) valued at over $60K annually

Club & Event Sponsorship • Our goal is to raise money for our financial aid fund and to keep our overall fees low through direct giving and sponsorships • We offer both club and event sponsorships • Club Sponsorship from local residents and the business community • Businesses make yearly donation • In return, business is listed on our website and we encourage our families to patronize. This is a partnership with GSA to serve the youth in the community • Residents/individuals make yearly donation • Can be anonymous or name on website • All donations are tax deductible (based on individual tax situation)

Club & Event Sponsorship cont’ Event Sponsorship from local residents and the business community Levels: Platinum Event Main Sponsor, Gold: 3 events, Silver: 2 events, Bronze: 1 event Spring Golf Tournament Sponsor Placement Options Tee box, Golf Carts, Driving Range, Putting Green, Contest with approximately 36 teams/144 golfers Soccer Event Sponsor Placement Options 2 annual soccer tournaments in Fall and Spring, with approximately 80 teams/800 families per event All donations are tax deductible (based on individual tax situation)

  7. Who will see your sponsorship? Over 2400 families passing through our complex each year through Games during the regular season against other teams from others club From one of two tournaments, which host over 80 teams in each event with an average of 12 families a team Or from the Capitol Area Youth Soccer Association’s Fall Championships, which we host at our fields Our website is seen by families from all over the Georgetown and surrounding areas. Email blasts are seen by over 5000 families throughout the year.
