  2. I am Fibromyalgia, ahidden chronic disease …

  3. I am a twin sister of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

  4. Others neither see nor hear me, but a patient definitely feels me.

  5. I can attack everywhere and in any possible way.

  6. I may cause severe pain in the body ...

  7. … but on good days I only prick and peck – now here, now there.

  8. I settle in the muscles, making them shake and burn, as well as in bonds and joints …

  9. I take a patient’s energy and make them feel exhausted…

  10. In exchange for a good sleep I give patients headaches and fog in their heads ...

  11. I disable concentration, quick thinking, fluent sentences and cause memory problems …

  12. I brawl in the bowels, the urinary tract, or leavetrace on the membrane and skin ...

  13. I can also hide in teeth, I cannot stand saliva and tears

  14. When I am furious, I put the person in bed – or they carry me wherever they go ...

  15. They might feel depressed or anxious…

  16. I accompany a patient everywhere, at home, at work, in their free time, at a party, or when being alone…

  17. No one wants me, I am the one who choosesthe host…

  18. … for various reasons - virosis, life stress or for no reason at all.

  19. I am resilient, resistant to medicines, I can’t be easily cornered …

  20. I can hide for a while if I am accepted and treated nicely

  21. … kept warm and massaged or set in motion.If not, I show my strength again.

  22. WHAT YOU SHOULD NOT SAY TO PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC PAIN:

  23. "But – you don’t even look sick ..."

  24. “Everythingis just in your head ..."

  25. “Everybody feels tired sometimes…”

  26. “We are all getting older, not younger …”

  27. "You just have a bad day ..."

  28. "You should go out more and exercise a little more ...”

  29. "You're only depressed ...“

  30. “Thinking positively will definitely help!”

  31. “You only moan; everything hurts, even that what you don’t have.”

  32. "Oh, it cannot be so bad…”

  33. "Come on, it will pass ..."

  34. "There are people who feel even worse than you!”

  35. “Luckily, you will never become disabled ..."

  36. "It must be great not having to go to work.”

  37. "I wish I could rest, too…”

  38. Hahahahhahahahahahhaa!!! Rolling On Floor Laughing!!!

  39. Many people do not recognize me and some doubt about me …
